Whispers on Life Hacks

Here is an assortment of Life Hacks that one can employ. Have a look and see if you can spot anything useful for yourself. You heard the whispers right her. Shhh!! and Enjoy :)

1.) Making a drink ice cold in under 3 minutes
Problem: You have a party/ meet up, but no drinks to serve that are cold enough.
Solution: Take the warm drinks (beer or soda) that have to chilled and put the cans in a pot and cover the        pot with ice. Add 2 cups of salt and fill the pot with water. Give it 3 minutes and then you're good to go!

2.) Need motivation ?!
Problem: Have a big project to finish? Need loads of motivation for it?
Solution: Tell ALL your friends. Post it on Facebook or tweet about the ambitious project you've taken up and when you plan to finish it. The FEAR of being criticised and teased for not completing it will be your BIGGEST motivator.

3.) Cure Brain Freeze in instant.
Problem: Not feeling zippy? Feeling like your brain has jammed up?
Solution: Not to worry. Press your tongue to the roof of your mouth to cure the strange brain freeze thing.

4.) Getting rid of sinus congestion
Problem: Blocked nose getting the better of you?
Solution: Push your tongue against the roof of your mouth then press the region between your eyebrows with your thumb. Worked for me.

5.) Making decisions
Problem: Make decisions about literally anything with this.
Solution: To decide about anything that you have to buy/do/ wear / remove/choose.
              Toss a coin.
It works not because the coin settles the decision for you.
But because in the brief moment when the coin is in the air,
you suddenly know what you are hoping for.

Whisper for CAT aspirants

Want to do an MBA ?
Plan on giving the CAT sometime soon?

It'd be a good idea join a CAT Coaching class since a person would get to know a plethora of tips and tricks that an independent prep might not provide.

Now that you are going to join a coaching center, a big decision has to be made.

Which one?

Coaching centers that I believe should be considered?
Ans: All of them. Each is good in it's own way.
Time, CL, Alchemist, Alphanumeric, Tathagat, IMS. Each of these has a different plus point.
(Sorry if I missed out any! )

Go to these centers and talk to the people there. Find out which suits you best in terms of distance, schedule, teachers, cost, study material and student satisfaction. Join one , they'll do the rest.

Contact me for more info.
Best of luck!
